Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Signetry at signetry.ai ("the Service"), operated by Raveno Pty Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Signetry provides customer-intelligence and marketing-analytics tools for online merchants and brands, including the ability to connect Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok accounts to view your own content performance, and a marketplace to connect brands with creators.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your credentials or let others access the Service through your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Connected accounts

When you connect an Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok account, you authorise Signetry to access the data covered by the permissions you grant, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time. You must only connect accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Access data you are not authorised to access.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security of the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any law or any third-party platform's terms, including the Meta Platform Terms.
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service except as permitted.

5. Payments

Paid plans and marketplace transactions are processed by our payment provider. Fees are described at the point of purchase. Marketplace transactions are subject to any additional terms presented at checkout.

6. Intellectual property

Signetry and its content are owned by Raveno Pty Ltd and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content and data in your connected accounts. You grant Signetry the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signetry is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

9. Security reports

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to us at hello@signetry.ai so we can address it.

10. Changes and contact
