Signetry ("Signetry", "we", "us"), a product of Raveno Pty Ltd, operates signetry.ai, a customer-intelligence platform that helps online merchants and brands understand their marketing performance and connect with creators. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can have it deleted. By using Signetry you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and authentication details.

Instagram data (via the Instagram Platform). If you connect an Instagram professional account, we access - using the Instagram API with Instagram Login and the permissions you grant - your Instagram account ID and username, account-level details such as follower and media counts, your list of media (posts), and per-post and account performance insights (for example reach, impressions, and engagement metrics).

Facebook data (via the Meta Platform). If you connect a Facebook account using Facebook Login for Business, we access the list of Facebook Pages you manage and the Page and post engagement and insights data for the Pages you choose to connect.

YouTube and Google data (via the YouTube APIs). If you connect a YouTube channel, we use the YouTube Data API Services and the YouTube Analytics API - authorised through Google OAuth and the permissions you grant - to access your channel's basic details, the list of videos you have published, and their performance metrics (for example views, watch time, average view duration, likes, comments, shares, and thumbnail impressions and click-through rate). We access this read-only data solely to rank and display the performance of your own content inside your Signetry dashboard. Signetry's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke Signetry's access at any time from your Google account permissions page.

TikTok data (via the TikTok Display API). If you connect a TikTok account, we access your public profile and the engagement metrics for videos you have published (for example views, likes, comments, and shares), using the permissions you grant, solely to rank and display your own content performance.

We only request the minimum permissions needed for these features and we access this data solely to provide the Signetry service to you.

Marketplace and payment information. If you transact on the Signetry marketplace, our payments provider (Airwallex) processes the payment and payout details required to complete the transaction. Signetry does not store full card numbers.

Usage information. We collect standard server and product usage data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your information

We use the data we access from your connected accounts only to provide these features to you. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising targeting, and we do not use it to train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Our use of data from the Meta, Google/YouTube, and TikTok platforms is limited to the practices described in this policy, in line with each platform's developer terms - including the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy for data obtained through the YouTube APIs.

3. How we share your information

We share data only with service providers that help us run Signetry, and only as needed to provide the service:

We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information, nor the platform data we access from Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, or TikTok, to third parties. We do not transfer this data to others except as needed to provide the service as described above, or where required by law.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you disconnect a connected account (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok), or close your Signetry account, we delete the associated platform data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

5. How to access or delete your data

You can disconnect a connected account (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok) at any time from your Signetry settings, which stops further data collection. To request deletion of the data we hold about you, email hello@signetry.ai or follow the steps on our Data Deletion page. You can also revoke Signetry's access directly from the platform - your Instagram or Facebook account settings, your Google account permissions page for YouTube, or your TikTok app settings.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption of access tokens at rest and transport-layer encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

7. Children

Signetry is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL and revise the "Last updated" date above.
