Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete the data Signetry holds about you, including any data we obtained through the Instagram or Meta Platform, the YouTube APIs (Google user data), or the TikTok Display API.

Option 1 - Disconnect a connected account

Sign in to Signetry and disconnect your Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok account from your settings. Disconnecting immediately stops further data collection and removes the stored access token. You can also revoke Signetry's access directly from the platform - your Instagram or Facebook account settings, your Google account permissions page for YouTube, or your TikTok app settings.

Option 2 - Request full deletion by email

To have us delete the data we hold about you, email hello@signetry.ai with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address on your account, or include the Instagram/Facebook username you connected. We will:

• Confirm your request and provide a confirmation reference.
• Delete your account data and any Instagram, Facebook, YouTube/Google, or TikTok platform data we hold (account details, media/video lists, and performance insights) from our systems within 30 days.
• Let you know once the deletion is complete.

We may retain a minimal record where we are required to by law; everything else is permanently removed.
